September is a time when things start to wind down on the farm for one of the leading sheep dairies in the Northeast, but Meadowood Farms in Cazenovia has some exciting news. Their cheeses Rippleton and Ledyard are currently featured on the menu of two of the finest restaurants in the country: No. 9 Park in Boston and Per Se in New York City. Although the milking season winds down in the fall they will continue to be at the markets into the fall.
