Great Press for Centro’s Restaurant and Tap Room

Aimee Koval of the Post Standard and Syracuse.com made the trip to DeRuyter recently and reviewed Centro’s Restaurant and Taproom.  The review is online now and Centro’s came out very well in it.

Figuring out how to tackle the Cowboy Jack was an irresistibly messy task, but the combination of grilled chicken breast, earthy crumbled sausage, crispy onion straws and creamy pepper jack cheese sauce was more than worth the extra napkins. We can neither confirm nor deny that the sweet potato waffles we substituted for fries were used to scoop up all remnants of our sandwich’s cheese sauce, in addition to the spicy remoulade that accompanied them.
