All Forks on Deck for All You Can Eat Breakfast

Restaurant News & Reviews

The Syracuse.com website right now is looking for the best breakfast in all of Central New York.  Breakfast can be very subjective.  In fact I have never run into someone who says “I don’t eat dinner”, but all the time I come across people who say “I never eat breakfast”. Not me, it is one of my three favorite meals of the day!  Now, that being said, I can go cold cereal, over easy eggs, breakfast burrito or full blown big breakfast.  It all depends on the mood I wake up in.

Well, we know there are a lot of breakfast spots around here, from greasy diners to bistros that make fancy egg sandwiches, to drive through coffee shops.  One place hanging its hat on the breakfast crowd, is the newly renamed Madison Bistro in Wampsville.  The bistro is across from the county office building and you may have visited it as Bub’s Subs.  Owners Lisa Campanie, and Victor Ramireiz have overhauled the place from the name to the decor turning it into a true bistro atmosphere.  One thing that has not changed is its Saturday morning breakfast buffet.

On the buffet you will find something for every kind of breakfast fan.  You get to choose (or not choose and take all) from pancakes, biscuits, sausage and gravy, French toast, stuffed French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, fresh  fruit and berries, yogurt,  and granola.  Quite the selection.

The best part of the buffet?  The price.  All of this is only $7.99 for adults and $4.99 for kids 5-12.  Have a child under 5?  Breakfast is free for them.  Drinks are additional.

The buffet runs from 8-11 on Saturdays, so belly on up to the buffet.
